The lessons below are from my first year here at UW-Stout. The first one is a joint lesson with Amelia Johnson, we made pumpkins and gourds out of paper and oil pastels. This was completed for our session teaching Children's Art Club. The next lesson was for the first week of micro teaching that we completed in our Art Education 108 class. This lesson was designed for high school and it was supposed to be a small section of a full lesson. After the PowerPoint I demonstrated the project in Photoshop. The next lesson was designed for elementary micro teaching. I wanted to bring in some math so I used hexaflexagons. This is a fun geometric shape. The history of the shape is in my powerpoint and also in the video I have referenced in my lesson plan. Please feel free to take any of my ideas to use for yourself or to take a look at how my Children's Art Club video, under the PowerPoint.
